Amendment IEC Code Services
PROCEDURE FOR AMENDMENT OF IEC
(IMPORTER EXPORTER CODE) For those having registered office at Delhi,
Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Palwal, Meerut, Ghaziabad –office will
be at Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade (CLA) ,'A'
Wing, Indraprastha Bhawan, I.P. Estate, New Delhi – 110 002.
Mandatory Documents
- Covering letter
- DD for RS. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred
only) in favour of “Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade,
CLA” Payable at New Delhi if amendment is made for more than 60
days.
- NO fees is payable for
modification/amendment if application is made in 60 days.
- Original copy of exiting IEC Code.
- Documentary evidence is required in
case of each amendment.
- Please also furnish the following
documentary proof.
- In case of Proprietorship firms, please
furnish
- Date of Birth of individual
- Number of IECs held along with their
details
- In case of Companies, please furnish
- The application must be submitted in
Duplicate and each individual page of the application must be signed
by the applicant.
- Self addressed envelope stamped with
RS. 30/-
- All the above Documents should be kept
in a File Cover.
